The platform doesn’t take comments, doesn’t run a community Discord, and doesn’t auto reply with a chatbot. If you have a question worth a thoughtful answer, you can write to the editor directly. Most messages get a reply within a week.

Two things the platform never replies to: requests to promote products in exchange for affiliate links the editorial team didn’t initiate, and requests for medical advice. The first is a brand line; the second is a clinical line.
For everything else — corrections, questions about protocols, requests for clarification, the occasional kind note — the inbox is open.
